.We have been there 5 times with our grandsons, and it is usually a good experience for them. . I do wish the staff would make an effort to separate the small children from the rest of the bouncers. It makes it hard for kids who are pre-teen and early teen. They must watch out for unsupervised toddlers who are everywhere, and yet the pre and early teens are not able to muscle their way with the older trampoline users. It can be miserable. Staff should be keeping that separation so they can cater to the parents who want to bring their pre-schoolers to jump with the big people, but so it is safe for all ages to enjoy jumping. On the plus side, staff usually helps to keep games going and the place is kept very clean and pleasant.
