Parkside at Ashburn

In my personal opinion, if you are looking to buy or rent in this HOA location think twice. The management company is completely unprofessional and appeat to only want to financially penalize the residents instead of resolving the issue so it doesn't contimie to occur. They don't look to resolve any issues before they charge penalties and are only out to increase their revenue in order to charge a higher management fee and/or justify their services. They have absolutely no customer service skills and are a nightmare to deal with. I grew up in Reston and have lived in many HOA's and apartment complexes. This is the first one I have ever seen this poorly managed.
