We found Shepherd Auto's website & included them in our calls for estimates on parts for our business van. Not only did they have what we needed, but the parts were actually priced lower than we expected! The owner was really nice. We will keep going to this place for parts when we need them, and we will definitely refer friends to go there. It is possible that we might store one of our other business vans there since they have cheap storage rates. The only reason we only rated them with 4 stars is because the place doesn't look too good on the outside, but we noticed that they are doing renovations. If the construction is done next time and the service, pricing, & quality are all the same next time we will definitely rate 5 stars! Don't be fooled by the look of the place...they treated us with professionalism and we got what we needed at a low cost.
