Do NOT and I repeat do not use this storage facility! Would give zero stars if i could. They will screw you over because all they want is your money. We were never told about having to sign a vacate form, i never received a copy of my move in contract to reread, and now the person i spoke to today told me i haven't been in contact with them since march when i was in contact with them last month. They told me i was responsible for another month but never mentioned having to sign a vacate form. Now i am apparently responsible for another month even though i have vacated the unit. The lady is RUDE and interrupted me the ENTIRE conversation. She would not listen and did not want to hear what I had to say. She denied the fact that I called last month when i have it on my phone records. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and MAJORLY LACKS customer service skills. Anyway, my rant is over but i will say once again, DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE.
