MillerZell clients are some of the best known in the industry, including Wal-Mart, Sam s Club and Office Depot. MillerZell redesigned and rebuilt the interior of Office Depot stores to differentiate it from other office-related brands. MillerZell worked with Rite Aid to change the store s merchandising strategy to increase impulse, promotional and seasonal selling. Using consumer based research and testing together with profit metrics, the company added categories consistent with brand positioning. For Exxon Mobil the agency worked to establish its petroleum and convenience store brand. MillerZell created a special KFC print and fulfillment team which included location specific invoicing, a segregated and KFC focused distribution system, fully integrated store specific databases and a special dedicated customer service department to respond to KFC field level inquiries.
