        Very friendly and professional. Received a receipt for shipping two prepaid packages and returned unpackaged cable equipment. He made sure to remind me to keep my receipt in case Directv has any issues. Will definitely go back! :)

        The manager/owner? was a nice, helpful man who was a bit distracted over a technical problem with his phone service. Even with this difficulty, he still provided adequate customer service.

        There are two people working t...

        I would rate this location with 0 stars, if I could. They are rude and disrespectful. I have had pre-paid packages turned away because it was after the pickup. Been told that I can't tape up pre-paid return parts here. This is the only place, UPS or Fedex, that has refused to help close or mail packages.
