Church's Chicken

I went to church's chicken on research blvd. Austin Texas the g.m. Took my order. He did not ring up what I ordered nor did he get what he did ring up correct in my bag. I called to have it corrected and he said it was job to check it make sure my order was right and hung up when I asked for corp.number. I called Cameron road and was given the area mangers number (guy Hobbs) I called him and he did offer a refund but not only did he not apologize but he argued that his manager said he repeated the order and told me it would do me no good to speak to corp they would only send me back to him then he told the g.m. To call the police on me for harassment if I called the store back. I did then call corp.s 800 number and filed a report and added to have guy's boss call me not him and then guy called me back and said they told him to so I have called the 800 number again and have been waiting for 1 to 2 hours to here from them. I can only assume church's chicken doesn't mind loosing my business.

Staff was not very well trained on how not to be rude, incompetent, lazy and arrogant. Their regional supervisor is obviously not doing his/her job very well.
