Chaps Barber Shop

Go to Chaps!! I was told by a friend.. I walked into Chaps and met Theresa. What a pleasure.. I needed a good Barber.. and she does it all. Theresa worked in a salon for many years then went to Barber school.. she has so much experience in both area's I wont go anywhere else.. she can do it all. Trust me.. I don't write many reviews.. but this is important. Chaps has great hours as well.. Open till 7PM most nights..that is a huge benefit. Truly a great place.

I'm in the U.S. Coast Guard and stationed in Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ, where Chaps Barber Shop is located. On the recommendation of my pastor, I gave this shop a try. The proprieter of Chaps, Theresa, is an excellent barber and always pleasant in conversation. I have since sent over 4 of my shipmates her way, and all of them now go regularly to Chaps as I do. I've never received a bad haircut at Chaps, and I always look forward to going. As is mentioned in the other person's review, the Western theme of the shop is also a great draw and always very interesting. I plan to keep going to Chaps for the remainder of my time at my current station in New Jersey.
