GUY WHO OWNS THIS SHOP IS A JOKE! TOTAL TIME WASTER.

So now that I have the caps lock out of the way, let's talk about what happened shall we?

First, I go in there late in the day, and ask about their "hourly rate", then Rick goes on a tirade about how awful insurance companies and "how great he does work for the past 30+ years".

He spends 45 minutes on talking about how he does stuff right. Then I proceeded to tell him my scenario about just dropping the car off and fixing it while I was away.

Overall seemed nice, but then it heads south.

HERE IS WHERE THE GUY IS A TOTAL HYPOCRITE

So, after all this detailed conversation. I was told to email his "support" email all the details of my accident.

I spent 30 minutes getting EVERYTHING he needed together to get him a complete detail to get the work started.

After the email, JUST RADIO SILENCE.

I waited 5 days, and no call or email response. Then I'm wondering..well, what is going on..did this guy die, go on vacation, etc?

So I call, and then Good 'ol "Rick" answers the phone. And he starts to back peddle. Says that he DID receive all my paperwork, but didn't want to have the car parked there an extra few days. Made it look like he was an In & Out Burger, and complained about the whole thing.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Even though he told me that he has customers "do it all the time", then tried to frame it like I was "getting a free parking spot" in his $hitty lot even though I live only a few minutes away.

The guy even cut me off on the phone, and basically wasted 3+ hours total of my life.

Seems to me that he's just old, cranky and lazy with service like this.

This place is really good. They do awesome work and it's reasonable. I hit the front right-side of my car on a pole; there was a huge dent and deep, I mean, DEEP scrapes. I thought for sure I'd have to have the whole bumper replaced, but they were able to hammer it out, buff it, fix the dents and re-paint it. It looks BRAND NEW, like nothing ever happened. I also had them fix scrapes on the back bumper and on a side door. Again, people have mentioned how you can't tell anything ever happened.

These guys have been around for a while I suggest you give em' a call if you need to get work done.
