I have recently purchased a used 2002 Chevy Tahoe from Hector. From the first moment I called about the Tahoe Hector has been friendly and knowledgeable. He never once made me feel like he was trying to "push" a Sell on me or made me feel like I had to buy it. He was patient and gave me different financial options (which is really important to me). The atmosphere of a small family business that is welcoming was the impression I received. Any questions I had were answered with courstey. Once he received the tags and plates from the DMV, I was notified immediately. The Tahoe has been a champ! It fits the needs of my family perfectly. I would recommend Hector to family and friends for sure. The customer service is something that is important as a business person and he has it. I think that at the end of the day you should go with someone who makes you feel like a person and not just a $ sign. Thank you Hector!!!
