Terrible service as a another review said quoted one price for a service then more 3x for service & for parts not authorized kept car for a significant amount & didn't complete all work requested...Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone

The owner is respectful and fair. The employees are jerks and disrespectful and told me to "f" off when confronted with a repair issue with my car. I was told I was not welcome back and to go order the part myself. I was told I could NOT speak to the owner regarding my problem and was hung up on. I called back 4 times with the same answer and even talked to a different employee who told me the same thing. Ridiculous! I filed a report with the Department of Auto Repair. This employee should be fired.

A few days ago my check engine light came on. I searched on the internet for a place that could help me. After seeing good reviews for Euro Autoworks, I made an appointment. Rob the manager told me a sensor was bad so I had it replaced. Everything was done in one day. Was very pleased.

Over the phone, Euro Auto Works quoted me a very reasonable price to repair or replace a damaged hydraulic slave cylinder. Once they had my car, they added a $99.00 ‘diagnostic fee,’ they did not save any of parts as I requested and they killed the battery in my car. I could never get a straight answer about the status of my repairs from the shop manager, Rob. The cost of my repair more than doubled from the original estimate. When I took my complaints to the Bureau of Automotive Repair—who found that I should receive at least a $99.00 refund for not following protocol involving their diagnostic fee—they refused to admit any wrong-doing and refused any refund. Very shady practices; very poor customer service. Stay away.

Was very happy with the way I was treated at euro auto works. Rob was probably the most helpfull mechanic that I have ever dealt with. Telling Everybody!!!

This is the best shop that I have ever been to. They have diagnosed a problem that no one else could figure out. The work done on my car has been exceptional.
