Ace Body

I think Ace Auto is supplying their own ratings, because after faithfully using Ace Auto for over ten years, they cut my drive belt to get me back into their shop spending more money, STOLE MY AIR BAG, and the repair I paid for was not repaired. Ace Auto is not new to taking advantage of their customers. A few times over the years they have over-charged me, and have caused problems that bring my car back in within a day or two. I used to respect Ace Auto but I think this recession has really made them desperate. I have proof they stole my airbag and I will see them in court. I am a single mother - SHAME ON YOU ACE AUTO!!! I will continue to re-post my complaint. ACE PLEASE TAKE ME TO COURT!! YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID!

My entire family has been faithful customers of Ace Body & Frame for many years. But when I brought my vehicle for repair in May, 2010, Ace cut my drive belt halfway, and stole my airbag! My belt broke the very next morning with my child in the car, and I had no airbag! Better bring your own mechanic with you to Ace to make sure Ace doesn't do additional damage and steal your car parts! I will see them in court!
