Parker Auto Glass Svc Inc

Had gentleman come fix my windshield last Friday. He informed me I had 3 chips and he was able to fix all of them. I went inside to write him a check and came back out with it, as he was fixing the first chip. I went inside again to get my dog on his leash and when I can back out, the guy was gone. I immediately called the office and was told someone would come out Monday. Monday came and a man called me and was very rude. He demanded I give him my address and spell it for him. He then went on to tell me he didn't know if he would have time to get to me today, since it took so long for me to call him back. He was very rude and very unprofessional. I called the office again and informed them of my experience. I was told a different man would be coming Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I get a call from Todd indicating a truck broke down and therefore no one would be able to come out today. He explained he would call be back later that day and give me an update. No call. Wednesday is here and zero contact from them. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY CASHED MY CHECK SAME DAY AS SERVICE YET STILL HAVEN'T FIXED MY CHIPS IN MY WINDSHIELD.
