Disappointment is an understatement

Just wanted to express my utter disappointment with this business. Let me start by saying I did have 2 pleasant experiences with my first two visits here (for my prior pregnancies); however, this third trip was really, just, unsatisfactory. We have places in New Orleans that we could go to with far more convenience; however, as I stated before, my first 2 visits were satisfactory, so I continued to drive an hour there and back in order to support the business. The first disappointment was with booking. When I booked my appointment for the "HD live session" the price was $159 (and I DID screenshot that when I booked, so I do indeed have that on record). When I signed in the girl said "$159" and as I handed over my card another girl chimed in and said "no, $179". I stated that it was $159 when I booked and both girls just stared at me blankly, and then charged me $179. Incorrect.

Once the ultrasound began, the tech kept making comments about "how she needed him to turn" (she must've said this 12 times in a 3 minute period. My husband wanted to tell her to calm down, and remind her that it wasn't an emergency.) After about 20 minutes, she had me walk, eat fruit snacks, do all sorts of positions, but for whatever reason, baby didn't feel like budging. Long story short, a 2nd technician came in, and attempted to get pictures, FOR A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS!!!! For 2hours I laid there while these two ladies attempted to get any type of picture they could. I pretty much ended up leaving with pictures of feet, a nose, and about 2 pictures that I would call mildly acceptable. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! With my 2nd pregnancy, and visit, my son was also uncooperative; however, after about 25 minutes they offered us the option to come back. We scheduled in the morning instead and as a result ended up with wonderful pictures. I had NO PROBLEM taking another day off, driving up with a toddler, and having them try when baby was a little more cooperative. I was expecting the same option this time; however, that was never even considered. The two young ladies were very sweet but the fact that I was overcharged, and then spent 2 hours on a table to return home wit a picture of a foot is unacceptable. I do not write reviews often; however, weeks later I am still so incredibly bothered by our last visit, I had to write about our lackluster experience. I've referenced many people to this business- and they have driven up from New Orleans just like I had.. But I must say, after this last joke of an appointment, not only will I not be recommending it, but I will not be returning. The overcharge, senseless 2 hour appointment and return home with nothing to show for it was really just dissatisfactory. While the young ladies working were very nice, that doesn't excuse laying me on a table for 2 hours and sending me home with a picture of a foot. Hope someone with some decision making skills steps in soon... That way they can reschedule an appointment after 30 minutes of no success, rather than wasting 2hours (4 total with the drive) and then sending clients home with pictures of feet. Really, unfortunate experience.

I have recieved the worst treatment ever, I walked into that office with such joy and had been looking forward to this appointment for weeks. just to be treated awfully, as a business owner myself I try always my hardes to accomodate my customers therefore making exceptions especaially first time customers. word of mouth is powerful and I will use it. and this business owner had no sympathy toward.s me I'm 7 months pregnant and senstive. today was the worst expierence of my whole pregnancy. They didnt honor my coupon because it expired two days ago and the receptionist was rude. I made my appointment in November and they didnt have appointments for november, they knew I was using a coupon because i informed them of it and they requested i take it in. the problem was really how the owner wasn't even trying to work with my situation, he seemed to not care if i went or stayed.(not a very savy business man) the coupon only had expired 2 days ago and the receptionist was very rude too. however I called first glimpse gave me an appointment today and were super friendly since I called to make the appointment, they have what it takes to deal with pregnant women and it was just such a wondeful vibe at first glimpse
