Batteries Plus Bulbs

The guy at the counter is a very rude "I know everything" type.

I work near this store and today I was dealing with having both of my Key Fob batteries going dead for my car - I called ahead to make sure they had "watch sized" batteries and they did.

When I walked in immediately I was greeted and assisted - I told him my problem, handed him my keys and he walked over to a little station - little did I know he was actually changing the batteries as we spoke about the store and how business was since they just recently opened. I thought he was just checking the battery size! WOW - I was very grateful because I had already been googling how to change the key(s) batteries out myself to avoid the dealership and hassle, not to mention the cost. $10 for changing out 2 key fobs and having me out the door in less than 5 minutes - they have earned my business!!

I also noticed they do iScreen repairs on iPads and iPhones, Tablets, etc.

He also told me they change out your car batteries too!

What a great store, with prompt and friendly service! Great experience - I hope their level of customer services stays the same over the years, I will definitely be back in the future when i am in need of batteries, bulbs, or iPhone/iPad repairs!
