Don't normally spend time writing reviews but had to let others know how happy my family has been with Dr Mac and his great staff. Great exam, great selection of glasses, very friendly staff. Best of all, ofc is open late 2 nights each week which makes it easy for me and the kids to be seen. He and the staff are very patient and understanding.

My family and I recently had an eye exam buy Dr Mac and got glasses at his office. All I can say is WOW! I thought Dr's had stopped caring about their patients until I met Dr M. Even though the office was very busy, he took extra time to explain his findings for me and the kids. Ask for exam room #3 with the videos on the screen used to check your vision. It works great for children. Keeps them entertained. Dr M couldn't be nicer or more patient and his staff were just as great. His technician and optical staff are exceptional. Very friendly, patient and knowledgable. They have a great selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. Ask to see the sunglass demonstration. Very cool. They even have a great selection for kids. Although my vision has gotten much worse since hitting the big 40, Dr M got me seeing better than I have in years. And I'm grateful that he picked up a problem with my son before it could develope into something more serious.

From the minute you walk into the Bear Eye Ctr, you are treated as family. The office is beautiful, modern, and spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr Mackewiz couldn't be nicer. He is very patient, even with my young children. He does a complete exam, so bring a driver if you want to have your eyes dilated. Very unique selection of eyeglass frames. He got me seeing better than I have in years. Will never go any where else.
