Overstreet's Cities Service

Went there today and everyone was courteous and professional. I have been there a half of dozen times before for inspections and repairs as needed and have always received great service and help. I would recommend you try them I suspect you will get treated very well, I spoke to other customers and they seemed to have the same experience as I. Hope you do to.

Family member was on a head-on police called this place to tow car. Went to get my Grandaughter's inhaler and my Grandson's nebulizer out of the car was rudely told " no access to car without payment" I didn't want the car just a few things including my grandaughter's book bag , Daughters purse ect. What I maily wanterd was the things that could be lifesaving for my Grandchildren. Not only was I stressseed about my Daughter and Grandchld that were at that time in the ER but, was told. " you have to pay" I know I would have had to pay to get the care but, personal life-saving things??? I mean really? So year I paid and asked beforehand could I have someone else come and tow the car to MY house where if asked it would have been towed by this person. anyway. I was told "yes" but if it is not gone by 430 it will be $50 a day for storage. Nice way to rack a bill up! Do you really think those that are worried about being in a bad wreck are going to need to be faced by a huge bill because the car sat there for a few days?? Needless to say, I paid the bill and had the car towed by a towing company to my house. Rude beyond belief. Will NEVER do business with this place by choice!

I had a tire patched here and they sanded the area to the wires of my brand new tire, causing more damage and had to get another tire!!!

Wow. That's quite an accusation on the one-star review. There may be other things at work there? Perhaps the friend has had past issues with them that caused them to not want to welcome his return? Anyways, I wanted to leave them a great review, because they have always done a great job for us. They work on time, and have a small-town, friendly feeling there. We go to them time and again, and always trust what they say. They don't try to up-sell you the whole time. They are realistic. Thanks, Overstreets!

I'm not going into details but they are extremely prejudice. I've been doing business with them for while until I was up there with my black friend. They were rude to me and especially rude to my friend.
