Was not pleased with a 40 minute wait for food...note there was only two people sitting when I placed my order...I'll never go there again.

If I could rate this zero, I would. Cassandra, the manager, told me it was going to be an hour for delivery. The delivery driver got a flat tire, and they brought the food 35 minutes late. The food was cold, and I just spent 25 bucks, so I called in, and they said that all they can do is offer me 15 percent off my next purchase. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager said that I was wrong, and that she said it was going to be an hour and a half, and they said that they are not a franchise, and that the "owner does not speak a lick of English." I let them know that I would like new food, and that they can take the cold food that they brought. The agreed, and then called me back 5 minutes later to ask if I had eaten anything, because they weren't going to replace anything that I have eaten. I told them I had a potsticker and a crab Rangoon. I told them that I was not happy and am going to be leaving a review to let people know how this business treats people. The guy said "you are putting me in a tough spot. I'm not going to bring you new food if you are going to leave a bad review and hurt our business." They delivered my food to me minus those items. Never again will I order from this business. Who knows...they might go back in and charge me extra on my card for writing this review.

Best Crab Rangoon I have ever had. Its too bad its the most disgusting place to eat.
Tables dirty, floor covered in grease, double door entrance impossible for handicapped to enter.
I can only imagine what condition the kitchen is in.

Food was hot and yummy and I'm only doing a review because of the person complaining about "A possible health code violation" I call bs!!! They were very friendly

We called ahead to pick up a simple order: (or so I thought).

One quart egg drop soup
One quart hot & sour soup
Three egg rolls

When we arrived the cashier asked us what we ordered. We repeated our order. She replied, "that's not what we have." A young man piped up " you ordered one quart of egg drop soup, a pint of hot & sour soup & four egg rolls." He then proceeded to argue with us. Angrilly, he then pulled out the fourth egg roll & put it back in the kitchen & added a pint of hot & sour. I am going to check with the local health dept. to see if it's sanitary to put food back into the kitchen.
