I purchase awards 5 times a year from Jo Dons. Always completed quickly, and as ordered! Typically I send a name and the quarter it is for and it is correct every time!! keep up the great work!!!

I have used Jo Don for several years. In the past they have made mistakes and fixed. But it was stressful, not knowing if they would be fixed in time. This year I was asked to pickup later due to illness from employees, I agreed but stressed my concern with promise that everything would be perfect. It was not! And then because of the time frame it could not be fixed. And the owner only said Sorry. A discount for the next years trophies was not offered or for this years trophies. They do not keep good records from previous years or else the trophies would have been done correctly. Scratches on one trophy with paint removed, and wrong designes on the other trophies. Very disappointed in their customer service. So if you go with them order way in advance to that errors, or bad quality can be fixed. And do not expect discounts.
