        HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They have zero documentation of my yearly eye exam because they were normal; at least they refused to provide it. They also have zero regards for your privacy. They openly discussed my business in front of other patients that were sitting around the office. Additionally, they failed to even verify my identity (not even an attempt) before discussing my medical history. Major HIPAA violation. Stay away!
