I’ve taken American and foreign cars for everything from tire rotations and balance, oil changes, tune ups, dash control issues with the heat and AC, to everything in between. He always gives an estimate and stands behind his work. We’ve been taking our vehicles to him for about 13 years. Not one problem, ever. He’s more than fair in price and straight forward.

Overall dissatisfaction, due to continual excuses why my vehicle was not serviced as agreed. The entire process lacked any sense of urgency, and hard the end result of getting my vehicle back months after dropping it off, and then hassled when I sought a refund. Finally had to get a lawyer and prepare to file in small claims court. My experience is similar to what others have listed, and found the owner to be demeaning towards women.

The worst experience ever! As other reviewers have stated, Bobby Norton is a thief and a crook. Takes months to do the most basic of maintenance. Always seems to have "defective" or "wrong parts ordered" as part of his stall tactic. Made the mistake of paying upfront for parts. Never received them, never put on, now refuses to refund the money. Crap work, crap "mechanic", and crap of a human being. If you like the smell of heavy cigarette smoke in your vehicle, stress and frustration, and your money stolen from you then this is your guy. If you need a mechanic, go somewhere else.
