We are visiting for a funeral when I hit a pot hole in the rain. We called first thing I. The am, brought the car in an hour later. The staff was great. Helpful with the selection and advice. I purchased 4 tires with road hazard and an alignment. The car was ready in an hour and they informed me that the pothole did not change the alignment so there was no charge for an alignment. Cuirtious honest and helpful!

I had a horrible experience getting my car inspected at the Sears Auto Center. I called them up asking for an appointment but they told me they don't do appointments for State Inspections and if I came in early they could fit me in. So I went there on a Sunday, 30 minutes after they opened and handed them my paperwork and keys. They asked me if I would like to leave the car or wait there and I decided to wait. After an hour and a half, they still hadn't gotten to my car and when I inquired about it I was told they wouldn't have time to get to it today and I would have better luck coming in during the week. Why would you process my paperwork and take my keys if you didn't have the time to do it during that day?



I then made the mistake of going back during the week. Again they did my paperwork and took my keys and told me it would take 1.5 hrs. I told them I was going to the nearby mall and would be back to pick up the car. When I got back after 1.5 hours they still hadn't gotten to it and told me that my car was next and they would call me when it was done. Two hours later they still hadn't called or gotten to it. In the end, I just asked them to return my keys as I had to leave. It still took them another 20 minutes to return my keys. The assistant was super rude and did not even apologize for wasting my time, not once but twice. I will never go there again and would not recommend this place to anyone else. Go elsewhere if you value your time.
