Best Buy

Spent several grand on appliances. They did not have a timely installer to install the above range microwave I purchased. I told the microwave I bought was the last one. We bought it & brought it home. I paid out of pocket for it to be installed as we removed it from the box dented. I was stuck already paid the installer I found. I called Best Buy and told take photos and bring them in & I could get some $ off of my purchase. The dent visible clear. I took the photos to the store. The manager refused to help me. Told me remove it and bring it back. I said I can't afford to remove an reinstall
Sold me junk and refused to help me. The manager is an idiot and should be terminated. Does not care about the customer. Do not make the same mistake I did. There are other Best Buys with good managers and good people. Please go elsewhere. I left extremely disappointed after several grand of purchases and the poor treatment I received.

To the person below this. Does not surprise me, worked at this store and the management plus corporate training encouraged us to say and do anything to get customers to buy from us. Geek Squad protection is a joke REAL THE FINE PRINT AND YOU WILL NOTICE IT'S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THE SALES PERSON SAYS...DON'T READ THE MAT ON THE DESK BUT THE BROCHURE!! Best Buy is a company limping along til the inevitable day they join the ranks of Circuit City and CompUSA.
