Management is dishonest. Practice pushes unnecessary procedures.

Purchased a family check up and cleaning plan. Worked within alloted time frame for checkups and cleaning. Office could not accomidate appt for last cleaning if school aged child after 3 until 1 month after plan expiration. I was told they would honor because they could not accomidate. They billed for service and refused to refund money.

They push very hard to find reasons to do more work. The doctor pushed to have me remove old filings so she could replace with new ones. It was unnecessary.

It's like dealing with street merchants in foreign country whenever you visit this place. Very stressful and very pushy!!!

Like everyone else said, they push things you don't want and don't need which is painful and expensive. DO NOT GO HERE.

I didn't have a single cavity in my entire life before I went to this office and I went there and they claimed I had 12. I go 30 years with none and out of nowhere I have 12? Nope. I got another opinion and as it turns out they were trying to swindle me and my teeth were fine. Horrifying! Unfortunately I didn't figure that out until I got a few filled and the daughter of this mother/daughter team gave me such a painful filling it honestly felt like I was getting work done in a back alley. ABSOLUTELY awful.

On top of it my husband couldn't stand them because they're constantly pushing Invisalign (even if you have straight teeth and don't need it), their teeth whitening procedures, and more expensive "thorough" cleanings (just do the cleaning we all get with our dental insurance thoroughly in the first place, which they don't). Very bad experience. The office is serene and the office staff is kind but there's definitely some obvious attempts to make money at the expense of their patients going on here.

Very Expensive, they push thing you don't want and the front desk staff is dishonest.

Expensive!!! Went to dentist across the street and the estimate for the same exact service was significantly less.
