DON"T take you PWC here for service

I brought in 2 jet skiis. I asked reggie's son if he could work on the carburetor's and get them running. He said no problem. 2 months later I get them back in parts and they charged me 350.00. They are professional and idiots when it comes to repairing pwc !!! I took them to Moto Tech. and within 30 min.s they had 1 running. The problem was, they put the gas lines in the wrong place, installed the diaphragms wrong and did not put the carburetor gasket back in. the other one was in pieces. even though they were to fix the carb.'s they took the exhaust manifold and other thing off on the opposite side and never put it back together. The only thing they did right was putting on a new tail light cover. I have parts and bolts missing. DO NOT GO THERE. Go to a real dealership with real service techs. at MOTO TECH. You have been warned

Purchase:

I had been looking for a while to get a couple of razors, one for my needs and one to fit the family. I talked to several power sport places in the valley and got quotes on prices and talked to sales staff. I went into Highmark and Reggie was very friendly and right off the bat helped me narrow down what my needs were. Took me out for a test drive and and showed me what the units could do. He quoted me a very fair price and had two exact units I was looking for in stock. They were able to help me out in financing and find the best loan to fit my needs. When I purchased the units Reggie walked me through all checks that needed to be done and where/how to check the fluids to make sure it continued to run well.



Service:

I lent one of them to a friend and it came back with some damage and I really needed it to go back out and play with it. I called up Drew and he got me scheduled in ASAP. They did a good assessment of what work needed to be done. Jake and Mike were able to find any of the parts not in stock to get my unit right so it could be taken out and used.



Service continued:

After my purchase they called to see how I liked my units and if I had any other questions. They also let me know that when I purchased my units that there were some additional rebates that had come in place during that time that I qualified for. Every time I have been in there I have really been taken care of.



Synopsis:

I have been able to build a great relationship there with Highmark because of their great service, great products and friendly employee's. I have now purchased snowmobiles and ATV's from them and they perform service on them that is great. I will continue to buy from them and I refer all my friends to them and anyone that asks me where the best place to handle my off road needs, I always reply with Highmark!

All I can say is "WOW!" what a great place to buy and service my RZRs!

Horrible Customer Service " you have been warned"

I had some work done on a couple of water crafts at high mark. While they where trying to find parts for them. I set up a time and day with the owner reggie to test drive and buy another water craft. I showed up and not only was reggie not there, the pwc was not even ready for a test drive. But no one called to let me know. Next I called to buy a atv for sale there, and was blown off by drew. When I called back the atv was sold. I have owned my own business for over 28 years. And if I treated my customers like these people do, I would not be in busness. The worst customer service I have ever had with any business. To top it off the pwc. I brought in could not be fixed by them. I had to take them to MOTO-TECH to be fixed. Moto-Techs customer service is great.

After shopping on the Internet for a 4 wheeler with the lowest cost, I decided to call High Mark and ask for a price, they were a little higher than I found on the Internet and other local dealers. Reggie, the owner ask me to come in and meet with him. What a first class operation, the receptionist is fantastic and very knowledgable. I was not sold a 4 wheeler, I was placed in a unit that met my needs, my safety always was their top priority. When all was said and done the price I paid was actually less than any price I had been quoted

Best ATV Service anywhere.

I checked in Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, Lewiston, and other places. They said they could fix my Polaris 700x2 ATV for around $500 and it would take 3 weeks or longer. I had dealt with High Mark Recreation before (but I live 300 miles North of Boise) so I called them. Two days and $200 less my ATV was repaired! I feel very confident that I got the best quality service you can get anywhere. They are very informative and took the time to answer all my questions. I go where I am made to feel welcome and appreciated! Thanks High Mark Recreation!
