Although their staff was kind, at times their equipment did not work and their billing was a disaster. I visited in May and did not receive their first bill until September (2 months after my last visit). The next bill I received was in November (4 months after my last visit). At this time I called them to confirm that this was their LAST bill for the services. They assured me that this was. Then in June of the next year (a full year after my first visit) I received another bill. I called both the billing department and the office and explained my disappointment and said, I'm going to need some more back-up if you want me to pay this. Then in July I got the same bill. I again called and when I received the back-up of my visits, billings, and payments I found that THEY did not get paid by my insurance because they submitted under the wrong codes. A year later, I have total different insurance and no way to resubmit to the old insurance. Very disappointed!
