Walmart

If I could give -negative- stars I would! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees and managers alike are rude and self important. Disability electric carts are always dead or broken. I have lodged many complaints to corporate and managers of the store to no avail. I have personally been belittled and talked down too by management. God forbid you need help finding an item, the employees do not speak English even remotely well, they also do not deal with customers in a professional manor.

Believe me, IF I could give LESS than 1 star for this store I WOULD!!!!! We ONLY shop at the Boonton Walmart because it's CLOSE to where we live!!! Other than that -- this store is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! We have been shopping there ever since its opened and have NEVER gotten DECENT help from ANY (EXCEPT ONE AND ONLY ONE) so-called associate!!! I, personally have spoken to various managers at that store about how bad it it, and they kept ASSURING me that things would change!!! YEAH, RIGHT, SURE!!! I'M STILL WAITING!!!!!

We truly CAN'T BELIEVE that Walmart store is STILL in operation!!!! We get the "heebie-jeebies" when we're there!!!!! I KNOW what you "defenders" of this store are going to say -- "Well, if you DON'T like the store, DON'T SHOP THERE!!" SORRY, no can do!!!!!!

Just wish that store would get it's freaking "act" together!!! THEN, with the RIGHT AND CORRECT ASSOCIATE TRAINING, that place would (possibly) be THE place to shop!!! We've been there when the staff has had their little Yoo-HA-HA, propaganda "exercises", their yelling and doing the good "pep-rally" thing, which is SUCH A TURN OFF!!!!!

I have placed, previously, a "special order", after weeks of TRYING (Going there IN PERSON AND CALLING and speaking to a manager) to find out about it, I found MY ORDER on the SHELF!!!! Well, I have yet ANOTHER SPECIAL ORDER IN, let's see IF I DO get it, or it winds up on the shelf YET AGAIN!!!! I have to call tomorrow and see what's what!!!!
