Pink And White Nails

Have been going there a long time only out of convenience my nails always chip and crack days after going. Yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had! Not that is was the first time I was treated rudely there. Kim did my nails she had one on sideways and I very nicely showed her. She got so nasty and said horrible things to me. Then she started filing my nails so hard that she cut into me deeply! She acted like she didn't see it! I said wow you cut me! You don't even try to clean the blood or say your sorry? She replies " oh uh oh soooo sorry" with the most evil smirk and sarcasm. To make it worse she knew I have a broken toe and pushed her finger into it and says "oh does that hurt?!?" At this point I was in tears. My daughters were so upset. To top it all off she chases me out the door saying I shorted her 10 dollars and I did not! I know she kept it because I didn't give her a tip and I always tip really good. None of my friends or sister will go there because they've all been treated so poorly and the nails just crack so easy, cheap product. You couldn't pay me to go there again. And the owner is so rude too!

I was happy with my experience at Pink & White nails until an hour after my nails had been done they still weren't dry, due to the salon using old nail polish that is too thick. When my friend and I went back to have them fix our nails they denied that the polish was old, said we weren't careful enough and that nail polish takes a long time to dry so that's why we should get gel polish. I'm sorry, but it doesn't take over an hour for nail polish to dry. I definitely won't be going back here.

Worst Salon ever. People very rude. One Tech scrubbed me so hard I ended up with a 1/2 inch raw open bleeding sore which became infected. If they cleaned and sterilized their equipment, I shouldn't have gotten the infection. Don't ever go there.
