American Tire Depot - Brea

As you know, American tire depot told me they have a one year turn around in their warehouse.
I got old michelin cross climate + 195/65R15 BSW 95V 600 A A tire yesterday (Sep.7th.2021). Manger and sales worker (E. BERMU...) deceived me. I got old tire which is manufacturing date 3619 (Sep.2019). Yesterday was 10-7-2021 My invoice shows that I got 2320(June.2020), but I got 3619. Not 2320. So I complained about deceiving me. He didn't say anything about not matching. He just keep saying I should pay for labor if I change newest one. So I talked again in front of manager. Finally, they are going to order tires and will save newest one for me. However, They didn't call me as promised. So I am going to let many people know my experience at AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT. AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT deceiving customer. You should check manufacturing date.

They have a new customer for life ! I'm a single mom working three jobs, LYFT is on jobs I do in the evening, once a year I have to have a safety check to continue to dive for the company which I do every year, I had al ready had turn up from Toyota, every year I pass, I live in brea and want to go to a repair close to my house, I went a cross the street to Tony mufflers who lied to me saying he was certified safe check for uber and lyft drives/ he charge me $110.00 for something I could not use and had list of repairs I did not need. Thank God !!! For Ernie that save the day, I saw this shop was lyft safety service list , when I walked in to shop showed me compassion and kindness. He didn't even try to sale me anything , just wanted to help , he helped me get my money back from swindler a cross the street, Helped make sure I passed to drive for lyft . American tires is home of the good Samaritan
