Both aggressive and conservative dentistry produce beautiful results, but the conservative approach preserves healthly tooth structure wherever possible. Dr. Roman in Brentwood is the best dentist I have ever visited. He is extremely knowledgeable, but also never tries to talk you into unneeded services. I still go to him even though I changed jobs and his office is no longer the most convenient for me.
