They repaired the whole side of my Cadillac and matched the paint all the way above the doors even though that area wasn't affected by the crash just to have the paint match perfect. The car came out straighter than factory and the paint looks factory, they also dusted off my dashboard and gave me information about the process the whole way through. Excellent service

Worst experience I've had with an auto body shop. I went there after getting into a car accident where I hit a curb and went off the road. There was noticable damage to the front left side of my car and my car was not drivable because the control arm to my front left tire had snapped (among a list of other things). So, I had my car towed there and I put a claim in through my insurance. After 3-4 weeks, I got my car back, which I thought was kind of a long time but didn't complain. After looking it over, everything looked to be alright. But then, the first time I took the car on the highway, I felt the car shaking once I got over about 50 mph. Which, after further inspection, I noticed there was a bunch of cracked plastic above my wheel well, right in front of my right front tire. And then a couple days later, my headlight on my driver side went out. Thinking it was just the light bulb, I bought a new one and when I went to go and change it, I discovered my entire headlight was loose because a piece of plastic was cracked! Then, I noticed that all of my fasteners were missing from my bumper. So, I brought it back to the shop and told them that I thought they missed a few things. But, they just snubbed me off and told me that I must of hit something else, or something hit my car. So, I called my insurance company and the adjuster doesn't think it makes sense how the auto body should would miss the additional damage to my car and not call them and tell them so the adjuster said I would have to put in a new claim for the additional damage. It's now been over a month, fighting with the adjuster and I had to put in a compaint through the claims center.
