Terrible customer service and did work on my car without any permission. Which is illegal. They refused to pull any of the work out. I'm filling a complaint.

I had a stalling problem, which later was correctly found to be a bad fuel pump at another shop. Despite mentioning another mechanic's fuel pump diagnosis, they instead claimed it was the O2 sensor, and after that didn't work, another five parts. After months the problem wasn't fixed, and they refused to give any discount despite their repeated failure to find the problem. After bringing the car elsewhere, the problem was solved on the first attempt. Therefore, I am extremely disappointed with Ricks. Not to mention that the staff is very rude. AVOID
