Located in Bristol, Va., Wallace Middle School is a learning center that is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The school provides educational services to more than 480 students in grades six through eight. It offers instruction in math, science, English and social studies. The school conducts also classes in Spanish, instructional technology and computer education. Wallace Middle School supports activities, such as fine arts and physical education. The school operates a band, chorus, and pep, photography and yearbook clubs. It also has a parent-teacher association and organizes family nights and musical concerts. In addition, the school provides meals and guidance counseling. Wallace Middle School is a part of Washington County Public Schools, which serves more than 7,200 students through over 15 elementary, middle and high schools.
