Was scheduled for an MRI. The process was simple. The MRI was so so. Blurry, which was probably due to the amount of pain I was in.



The payment was impossible. I tried to pay after, which I was unable to. I was then contacted by a debt collector despite receiving 0 communication from West Side. I would expect more from a company that has both my cell phone and address (which were verified by the debt collector they sent after me). I am appalled and, as you can expect, furious that I was introduced to this situation.
