- AmiPro's maid service philosophy is what sets them apart from their competition. Customer service is our number 1 priority. One example is our 49-Point Checklist, which provides customers and the house cleaning service providers the opportunity to ensure their house cleaning is done right. Our maid service is offered weekly, bi-weekly, monthly as well as one-time house cleanings and every once in awhile. MaidPro is fully bonded and insured. Our liability limits are set at a maximum of 10 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the breakage/loss occurred. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service.

I hired MaidPro for a one-time cleaning which I was pleased with, however when I signed up for regular service the nightmare started. I was given a cleaning lady who did next to nothing, no sweeping, no dusting, no countertops, etc. When I complained, they sent the *same* lady with a trainee to 'help' instead of the extra hour of cleaning time promised. On our final scheduled date, they moved our cleaning date up a week without notice. I was out of town on that date (not to mention that the girl was 3 hours late, if it had been that date) but I was charged nonetheless and the company refuses to refund the charges. They are dishonest and do not respond to e-mail or calls in a timely manner. They 'forget' or say they sent mail that 'must have gotten lost.' Somehow this only happens with them. Save yourself a lot of headaches and choose another company.
