What a horrific experience. The person I spoke with on the phone to get a quote and set up an appointment was the least helpful person I've ever encountered while doing a business enquiry. When the assistant could not help me, I was transferred to a guy named Frank. My interaction with him was also a train wreck. He was not educated in the industry he is in. All the questions I had for him were not answered properly. He was not helpful whatsoever. Could not even give me a correct quote for the work my business needed done. When you're going to spend thousands of dollars, you'd expect to deal with a friendly helpful individual who's willing to go the extra mile to close the deal. He could not even do that whatsoever. Basically, if you're looking for professionals, this is not the place. I would go anywhere but here. Please learn from my experience, and don't waste your time.
