All these five stars are fake!...

All these five stars are fake!! This place is such a joke! Took them 2 months for them to "finish" my truck when they said it would be a 2 week job at the max! Then they ordered parts that didnt match and put them on there, also ask them to knock out a few dents and you can still see them. BUSH LEAGUE! BEWARE! People can do a better jobs out of the barn!! oh and never replaced the rhino liner they cut out to take my bed off!!

Customer service sucks!! No communication skills. Keith was horrible to me on the phone. They never called me to let me know anything and when I asked why I wasn't notified about my car not being ready Keith told me he was too busy for that and what does he expect me for him to do? call me 5 times a day? No Keith , but you can learn how to be more respectful to your customers and if you tell a customer their car is going to be ready on a certain day make sure it is ready or call the customer and apologize. Your customers would like that. Also it is none of your business who our rental company is and how much we pay and then tell us that if we decide to pick an upgrade is not your problem it is ours.

OUR CAR NOT BEING READY IS YOUR PROBLEM !!!

YOU should have been focused on that instead of being ugly to me. There is no reason to be ugly to your customers and get defensive. When my husband picked up the car Keith was still being ugly and my car was dirty inside and out.

Service was great and they saved me my deductible! I went to service king for all my previous work and it always seemed to take forever, but I was advised by a friend to try Collision Maxx so I did, and I was extremely satisfied.

Great service

I took my car to collision maxx to repair the bumper and have paint work done. The service was fast and the customer service was fantastic. My car looks brand new again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hail repair

My wife dropped off her car for hail damage repair. It took them almost a month to repair. She didn't notice that the hood was not properly aligned so she took it back. That afternoon when I saw the car the hood had a small dent by the hinge. Didn't take the car back, tired of messing with them. My wife left the rental car with them and they said they would call rental company. Rental company called the next day and asked where there car was. They called back latter and said the car had fender damage and had been repaired. I looked at rental and it was damaged and repaired. Looked like someone painted it with a can of spray paint. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

This review was written by a previous customer family member(about 75% of our business comes from returning customers and referrals). Hail repair does not take long to fix, however sometimes waiting for the insurance company does. I pulled the file before responding. We keep all fax affirmation sheets and in this case it took the adjuster over two weeks (and 3 faxes) to come out to inspect this vehicle for supplementing. The customer's rental car was paid in full during this time since the insurance company took entire responsibility for THEIR delay. We normally never let customers leave the rental cars at our business for Enterprise to pick up, but the customer appeared adamant in leaving it at the shop. Enterprise arrived the next day, discovered the unsuccessful do-it-yourself repair job, and checked our cameras to confirm the rental car was brought in like that.
