Elite Spa Nails

I have had good experiences here getting my toes done, but lately, they have been pushy and become more expensive, so I can't give them 5 stars. It is clean, the chairs are nice, and my toes have always come out nicely.

This place is horrible that's true! It's terrible! . First time here and last time!! Ok let me explain. I wanted pink and white, spent $50 and the woman did a horrible job. The pink and white came out thick and crooked on my thumb, when I told her she said my thumb was crooked.... Not true!.....but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her finish the job. The end result was.......omg!!! my nails look like toenails they were too big for my petite hands.... Not a good look! ( I ask nicely) if she can make it look more natural she was insulted and said it does look natural!!... Not true!! Well I payed her and I also bought their cuticle oil so all together $60. plus I gave her a tip. (Again being nice). Well I left and not even two weeks just about five days, what happens? the nail on my thumb that was crooked broke off and the pink was lifting, so I needed a filling already!! So I went back with my husband told another lady what happend and she ask me if I want the same girl to do my nails and I said not really do you have someone else so this guy comes up to me he's very very rude and asks me what is the problem? I told him to look at my nails. He points to a chair and says sit here like I'm a dog, doesn't even say oh I'm sorry for your experience...he grabs my hands like if he doesn't want to do the job, and keep in mind my husband is watching this so he tells him "hey man calm down" at this point I just want him to hurry up and finish my nails, but the guy keeps talking to one of his employees in Vietnamese not knowing that my husband and I speak Vietnamese very well, the guy was saying terrible things about us in his language.. being Very disrespectful and rude. Well my husband said in Vietnamese I understand you. The guy was very very shocked he almost turned white and stop talking completely and just continue to do my nails. End result the guy finished and my husband wanted to pay the guy and the guy said no it's okay just leave and don't come back being very rude again well I persistently said I want to pay and he said no! so we left.... Well that's my experience hope you enjoyed it because I didn't!!
