Tootle's Auto Mart

I joined this yp crap just to say do not use Budget truck rental or this crap hole. Reserve a truck to pick up here and they send you 30 miles away or more to get the truck, but they have you the reserve price.... I called to speak to "Tootles" all day and no one answered. Drove to the lot at 4 and no one there. Sign on the door says will return at 2:30. Looks like a crack house and that's about all. I will never use budget and will tell everybody I can to never use this sorry excuse for a company!!!

DO NOT USE!! We were to drop off the truck at their location-BUDGET says on their website what the hours are and of course, no one there at the business--a sign said basically drop off the truck and contact us later for your deposit--when I called Budget customer service, they made excuses for them-been calling all day--STILL no answer at the "business"--NEVER AGAIN!

Do not go here, ever. The owner/shop opener were late to opening their shop by an hour! Then we did not for another hour because of their sloppiness! We had our truck schedule from 11-4 (when they open and close). We now only had the truck from late 1-4 because of their disorganization. Because of the loss of time we were given the truck over night. Or so we had thought. When we returned the truck and I checked my bank account. We had been charged double of what was planned! We did make several more trips from house to house than originally planned, however the homes are 10 miles apart from each other. Even with that counted in from the price stated we were to be charged (which included a promo code I used, we DID have a great deal) we still are charged $55 too much!

Never again. We placed an order to pickup a Budget truck. Spoke with manager to confirm but Tootie AutoMart was closed the day we arrived to pick up the truck. We left numerous phone messages but no one has returned our calls. This day we were moving our daughter from college to another state.
