I walked in and grabbed a cart, it was full of rotten vegetable parts someone left in there.
The vegetable aisle is disgusting, I went to buy cilantro but the whole box was rotting and disgusting, WTF! The other vegetables that was out was nasty and very unsanitary. The floor is black with what I can only assume is mold.

When I went to pay, the cashier was rude and when I asked for a fork for my food, she told me to get it myself. That cashier is a BITCH! I swear if I come back here I will smack her in that shit talking mouth so hard. Rude, doesn't offer gratitute or even helps me at all.

If you order hot food from them they NEVER offer forks or even napkins. You better make sure you get some and sometimes they don't even hear you when you order and just ignore you. This place is filled with ignorant shitty people who don't know how to treat customers or even give a shit.

At least Asian Direct is close by so I can go to someplace that's clean and not rude as F.

I've been to this groceries store a few times before but it was not my regular asian store. I was never a fan of this asian store. All the productS they sell here is over price and THEY ABSOLUETELY HAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only reasons why I started going here more is because I recently live near here and the closes asian store to me is this store. I never feel welcome or get good customer service but I already know what to expect. So I just ignore the facts that this place is bad customer services. Anyways, today apparently the same lady that I see all the time at the store I assumed she's the owner because she's always the cashier lady and always there almost every time I go there. She is around her late 40 to early 50s. I bought some hot food and papaya salad from this place (by the way they're papaya salad is suppose to fill up the container that's what the price is base on but they'll rip you off and give you 3/4 of the container) and needed some forks. So with this place being greedy and over charge for their products they will hide their forks and you will need to ask for it at the register. I kindly asked the lady for some forks after she handed me the forks. She stated "YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY THANK YOU EVERYTIME YOU COME HERE YOU DON'T SAY THANK YOU " . I TOLD HER YOU SHOULD SAY THANK YOU TO ME SINCE I'M THE CUSTOMER. THEN SHE STATED, "SOMETIME YOU SAY THANK YOU IN EXCHANGE." Then after she handed me my credit card and receipt back she didn't even say thank you to me as the customer for supporting her business for years. I THEN TOLD HER YOU'RE WELCOME AND SHE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE SAYING YOU'RE WELCOME BACK. WTF She has no manner and no customer services skills...my families and i spend thousands of dollars supporting her and she want me to thank her for giving me forks for the food I buy here. I don't need to say thank you to you when I bought food from you and you're hiding your forks under the register. That was very bad customer service you need to say thank you to the store instead of them saying it to you. I never hear a thank you from this place when I go there ever. I am not happy and not returning to the store anymore. This the grocery store beware or find out for youself. I will not waste my time writing this if it wasn't true. I hope the owner see this review.

In one word: Terrible! Stay away from this place!

Now the details:



I bought a box of Moon cake from this store and we ate two of them (four total in the box). When I opened the rest two and found one of them with mold all over it. The sight almost made me vomit immediately since I already ate the previous two.

So I brought the rest back to the store for a refund since I still had the receipt (I bought it one day before). Guess what? They refused since I already ate the other two!! If I opened the bad one first, I would never dare to eat any bit of them. To be honest, I am extremely disappointed, not about the 20$ money but their rude response. Not a single word of apology for such disgusting food they sold! If I was the store owner I would feel terrible for selling such food. Maybe they already get used to seeing such incidents.



Anyway I am just posting my bad experience in case you want to know more about this store.

They lose a good customer for good at the price of not saying a simple sorry. Apparently, they don't care much about their customers.
