This place was featured on a popular YouTube video called The Dan Bells dirty room segment very disgusting room surprised that the city has not shut them down yet they should be getting fine greatly because I reported them

I booked a reservation at this motel and had to cancel it and they are REFUSING to give me my money back even though I canceled my reservation a week before the last day I could have canceled. They are saying that their reservations are non refundable EVEN THOUGH it says NOTHING on their website indicting this. I canceled the reservation in the first place because of money issues (and because I read several reviews saying the place had bed bugs, gross!) I didn't even actually stay at this hotel and I'm already regretting ever even giving them the time of the day. Because of them my I owe my bank overdraft fees. When I tried to call them to talk about this the man that answered sounded like he didn't even speak english and greeted me by saying "yes? what do you want?" and then yelled into the receiver for me to "call the website". How professional -_- Thanks to this motel I now won't be able get my dog the surgery she needs. I hope whoever owns this place gets arrested

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. The room was horrendous at best. The carpet was so filthy the bottom of your feet would be black after walking on the floor. The mini fridge that I had to ask for barely kept anything cold. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke with a headache and back pain every day. There was almost no water and no hot water in showers pressure was very weak. And the Wi-Fi was so slow I couldn't even stream video. All in all this was a less than desirable experience.

Well.......I must say I was like everyone else that booked here. Needed a cheap place close to family for the holiday. Yes it's right off the interstate. Yes there are plenty of restaurants and a Wal-Mart near by. Yes it is in a nice neighborhood. Yes my room had a fridge and microwave. Yes my room appeared nice at first. BUT a lot of the reviews I read were true! First off, this place is owned by crooks. They never really care about their customers or cleanliness. I could deal with the motel smelling like smoke when I entered. I could deal with the towels being a bit "cheapy". The one thing I could not tolerate were the dirty/stained sheets and pillowcases and bed bugs The lady at the front desk tried to explain and said they were clean and that she personally saw them get washed........I'm like "Well did they forget to add Tide and bleach?" I'm VERY understanding when I'm booking a cheap room, but I was looking at several grease AND makeup stains. The money I saved from booking this motel went straight to Wal-Mart for an entire king sheet set and two pillows! It's looking like a hospital bed in here now, but at least I will get a decent night's rest.

The motel room was cold off and on all night the bed was hard there was burnt holes in the sheets and bed bugs I will not be returning to that hotel again the rooms look nothing like the advertising

At first everything was fine until the next morning and I turned the light on and roaches scattered. I couldn't let at first because the carpet is dark wood/red color. But I definitely shook all my bags out a left.

Customer service was very not polite I have to say I thought it was a smoke free hotel but the blanket and comforter both had reefs holes and saw a roach. Just teaches me book early and get a 3 ur 4 star hotel at reasonable prices

Bedbugs I told them about it a few hours after I got here. Refused to change my room until next morning. Did not Refunded my money minus two days when id been there less than 24 hours.

This place has a bed bug issue. My fiancé and I went to the front desk to let them know, they acted as if we brung the bed bugs, (which we didn’t) we are very clean! Then when we asked to be switched to another room they told us we couldn’t until the next morning, we demanded we wanted another room and then they switched us to another room and told us not to bring our belongings, We pulled the cover back, and there was bed bug poop we have videos and pictures of everything. My fiancé even was bitten by a bug!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE CHECK INTO THE BURTON INN😡😡😡 room #228
