Ear Nose & Throat Specialist

I would NOT recommend this office. I went in for problems with my ears, was charged an office visit/exam fee, which I expected. He ordered a test, which I promptly followed through with. After a week I hadn't heard from them. I called them and they had the findings from the test, which they wouldn't give me over the phone, which again, I completely understand. I scheduled an appointment to get the results (which were interpreted by a radiologist at another office, not the ENT) and was charged the $80 copay+whatever they bill the insurance company. The appointment took 5 minutes, he didn't examine my ears, just read the report and said he couldn't help me. I consider this a follow-up from the testing and do not feel as though I should be charged to receive the findings, especially when the diagnosis came from the radiologist. I spoke with the office manager for about 10 minutes and her final words were "the doctor's time is worth something." Their concern is not for their patients. I give them 0 stars, but in order to share my experience I had to give them something!
