        upon checking in I was sent to a waiting room with 3 chairs all touching each other, no tv no magazines only free junk mail,could not talk to anyone no one told me what was going on ,the owner would come in and chit chat but wouldn't talk about my car ,when he left he would leave the door open it was 14 degrees out,if you have to go to the bathroom don't go in their, you will throw up, the price was three times higher than it should be and it still doesn't steer right.
