Terrible security company, and Brad a break in on 9/30 and the security never notified me nor did they dispatch the police nothing was done, my shop along with all merchandise could have been looted from 11:23 pm ( when the robber broke in) till 8:30 am next day when we arrived, first the operator told us it was our fault for not arming the system (our camaras clearly show the system was arrmed) then Mellisa the owner handled the call terribly she was rude and condescending letting me know that it was my fault for not checking connectivity !!! They said they have not received any signals from us since January 5th so my shop was not being monitored nor did anybody from their company call and let us know. This is terrible ownership accountability terrible customer service and terrible security system !!! The one time we actually needed our security system to notify us of a break in the did not !!! I switched the same day to ADT they came over right away and out all new systems for free. They are a nightmare to deal with !!! I'm still waiting for a call back to get some answers form last week.
