A poorly run business. The employee behind the parts counter is clueless when it comes to motorcycles. I recently stopped there for some Yamaha oil and the parts guy told me to just run any weight oil and the quantity he gave me was 4 times the required amount. He tries to find parts by looking at google on his cell phone. I have also visited the Xtreme dealership in Brilliant Ohio with the same poor results. If I was broke down on the side of the road, I would push my bike to the next town before I'd go back to this place. Stay away from this place!
