        One star because you can't put NONE.



        I was referred by my insurance company to have an estimate for repair from a crash. I spent an hour while they looked at the car, all the while complaining because there was minor prior damage. 5 hours later, they call me and won't give me a copy of the estimate without a signed authorization for repair, the vehicle and keys in their possession. SERIOUSLY?! they want me to authorize repairs without seeing the estimate first? I was also unable to see any of their completed work to judge their quality of repairs. How can I hand over an expensive vehicle for repair to a shop like this?



        You must be kidding! I have never had such poor service.



        To top it off, the employee was condescending and talked down to me the entire time.
