MONTH-LONG NIGHTMARE (Only got $450 of the $600+ paid): Purchased a french door refrigerator for my mother. It arrived 2 hours past the latest time promised (not a big deal, but this was just the beginning of the journey).

Once the refrigerator finally arrived, they installed it, powered it up (and carted away a perfectly good refrigerator). The next morning we discovered thawed and warm food and we lost all our food. Multiple calls with the owner we finally got the tech back out 2 days later (it was the weekend and no one was available until the following week)

After 2 separate sessions with their repair tech, they finally had the refrigerator working . Once the refrigerator was running then we discovered the ice maker was not working. 3 sessions later, the repair tech had to install a new icemaker.

After weeks of this back-and-forth -- and scheduling with the repair tech (and waiting for their multi-hour window), we finally gave up when the refrigerator and the freezer both failed again, asked for a refund (with 2 months remaining on the "warranty").

For the icing on the cake, the owner argued that he had spent money on an ice-maker and shouldn't have to refund that amount (even though he sold us on the fact that we were getting a 'fully operational' refrigerator).

In the end, my mother was so worn down by the owner that she settled for $450 of the $600+ paid for this useless refrigerator. And, the bonus, is that they got to keep and resell the original perfectly running refrigerator.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. His 'warranty' does not extend to cover any 'repairs' that he has to make in order to get is running appliances actually running.

I had purchased and entire kitchen set about one year ago and would like to share my POSITIVE experience.
The stuff I purchased cost me about $1700 dollars delivered and has performed without fault. Parting out the appliance costs would have brought the total to at least $4K so it was a steel from him.
Since then he has moved from FM to Cape Coral thus is much more accessible to my friends, of which I have given many recommendations. Not one of those who visited and purchased had been dissatisfied and they have all thanked me for the great deals they have benefited.
Also, some within the circle of friends who have associated with this company have gotten to know him and have become not only recipients of great deals but the honor of associated with this man who's credibility is now acknowledged to be second to none!

DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY! He sucks Do not buy from him he sells junk he doesn't respect the warranty. HE SUCKS

Do not buy from him he sells junk and the repair person he recommends is the same both rip offs....

My landlord had them drop off a fridge. Wen it arrived it was missing the freezer and refrigerator shelves for the door. He then asked if WE could pick them up ( during my 9-5 work week plus college classes). So when I finally found time to pick them up, try out had the freezer shelf. Needless to say ill never be doing business again.
