Triangle Car Wash Inc

This business refused to honor an appointment for detailing my minivan, even though I had called to confirm the day before.

That was what my 20 year old daughter said about the car wash she had just gotten from Triangle Car Wash. She said she could have done a better job at a self service car wash for $5. She works at a service type business in the area while attending school and knows how hard it is to make a $. It took her 3 hours of hard work to pay for the 10 minute car wash at Triangle. The manager told her that the wash is ala carte-pay for services you get. Her $25 got her an exterior wash and a wipe down of the dash. Seats are extra. Coffee stains on the passenger seat she thought would be cleaned were not. This should be about good customer service and not having the customer interpret which services they get. All she wanted was a good interior and exterior cleaning. Only after returning and telling of her dissatisfaction, did they make an effort to do what should have been done earlier.
