I tried to use this guy and his son, (think Hillbillies) I asked repeatably for an itemized could not get them to write me an itemized breakdown of costs. When I did question the flaky estimate they wrote me, I questioned them about things that should have been included, all I was ever told "Oh that will cost you more".

They told me they knew 'ways' to get around the authorities as far as permitting goes. I felt they were both very shifty. Good luck if you ever hire them. I wouldn't trust them any further than I could throw them.
