TERRIBLE LOCATION! DO NOT GO HERE! I went there today as I wanted to get my wheels powder coated. I talked to an employee two days ago and he told me to take the pastidip off of my wheels and bring in my car and they would take care of it. Over the phone I was quoted for a wait time of approximately one week. When I arrived, I talked to martin and he said 3 weeks. I agreed to the wait time. He then asked me if I had a spare car to drive for three weeks and I said yes. He said okay bring me your wheels and I told him I brought you my car because that's what the guy on the phone told me. He laughed at me and in a rude manner said you need to bring me all four wheels JUST the wheels. He told me he would tell me a place where I can just take my whole car (ANY OTHER PLACE!). As I walked with him I politely told and I quote "Man, I wish the guy on the phone told me that before I came, I woke up at 6am and took off for work to get the plastidip off and get the car here." He then raised his voice and abruptly said "Are you done chewing me out? You done now?" I then said maybe I should go and he screamed "YEAH, I think that's a good idea!" He was the rudest person I have ever worked with. NOT professional. Environmentally friendly coaters but not customer friendly. DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT waste your time here, other power coating businesses are out there that will get the job done in 2-3 days, and will also have good customer service.
